What to Know about the PARCC Tests

From late March to early June 2014, the PARCC states will administer a Field Test – a “practice run,” or “test of the test.” It is first and foremost a test of the test items themselves; it is also a chance to the test the online test platform and administration procedures. We want to be sure that teachers, administrators, and students are prepared for the actual PARCC testing to begin in the spring of 2015.
