NCAA President Blasts Athlete Union Idea

ARLINGTON, Texas—In expansive comments on the discontent facing college sports, NCAA president Mark Emmert acknowledged on Sunday that the organization needed change but said a union of college athletes would be a "grossly inappropriate solution."
