TCC Pres.: Okla. Higher Ed System 'Struggling'

Retiring Tulsa Community College President Tom McKeon on Monday questioned the state’s commitment to higher education, as the Legislature contemplates a budget for the coming year that includes no additional money for Oklahoma’s public colleges and universities.
