Ind. Won't Suspend Test Accountability

Gov. Mike Pence has no intention of freezing accountability for teachers and schools next year because a new statewide standardized test for K-12 students is required for Indiana to maintain a waiver from some federal education requirements, according to a letter Pence sent Friday to U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan.
