Supreme Court Must Rule in Favor of School Choice

Blaine Amendments are not protecting religious freedom, they are hampering it. Formed to discriminate, they continue their ugly legacy. Espinoza v. Montana Department of Revenue is expected to decide whether the government may bar parents from selecting religious schools as part of otherwise generally available student-aid programs, or whether this prohibition violates the U.S. Constitution's Free Exercise Clause. This question, which has divided the lower courts for decades, affects millions of families nationwide who want educational choice for their children.
