Florida's Stop WOKE Act Is Unconstitutional

PEN America has filed an amicus brief in the case of Pernell v. Lamb addressing Florida's "Stop W.O.K.E." Act, which bans teachers from discussing some topics related to race, gender, and other protected classes of identity. In the view of PEN America, this law is unconstitutional.
