RealClearEducation wanted to cut through the noise of the debate over campus speech and association. To this end, we decided to survey students who belong to voluntary student associations—in this case, Greek-letter organizations. RealClearEducation commissioned the opinion research firm Slingshot Strategies to gauge quantitatively the distribution of opinions of fraternity and sorority members on college campuses.
